I ate small, nutritionally balanced Take Shape for Life meals every 2-3 hours, along with my Lean and Green meal in the evening. In addition, I taught only two T-Tapp classes this week, plus added in a T-Tapp minute move each day.
When I weighed this morning, I was down 3 pounds from last week! And it wasn't hard at all! I felt good all week and know that this is a protocol that anyone could follow and get fabulous results.
The holidays are getting closer. I'm here to coach you to:
- keep from gaining those pesky pounds that creep on during the holidays

- be prepared to take January by storm and finally fulfill your resolution of losing that weight once and for all.
